What a season costs.

Membership fees are deliberately kept below what the program costs to run, with donations and grants carrying the difference. Scholarships and financial aid are available, and no child is turned away for financial reasons.

Majors Program

Member means your child is enrolled in a COS orchestra. The orchestras, ITAP and the Majors Program are open to members only, which is why no non-member rate is shown. Chamber Music, Musicianship, Mallets & Bars and the Elite String and Percussion Ensembles can be taken without joining an orchestra, at the higher rate.

Minimum payment due on registration

Paying in full earns a $75 reduction. A minimum of $500 is due when you register, with the balance on a payment plan.

Financial aid at COS is awarded on demonstrated need together with musical commitment, and asking for it does not affect a child’s audition or where they are placed.
