Audition application.

Every child who joins COS is heard first. Faculty listen, then place your child in the ensemble that matches what they hear. This form starts that process.

This is an application to audition, not a registration form. Families already enrolled who are re-registering for the season should use the registration form instead.

Three things to know.

A $50 Application Fee

New applicants pay the fee by card at the end of this form. It does not apply to students already at COS.

You Will Set Up an Account

The form asks you to register and create an account before it can be submitted.

You Hear Back in Two Weeks

COS contacts you within two weeks of receiving the application to schedule the audition itself.

Have your child’s date of birth, instrument, length of study and recent repertoire to hand. If this is a new application, have a card ready as well.
