Tell COS in advance when your child will miss a Saturday. Conductors plan rehearsals around who is in the room, so notice matters.
Please note: you will not be considered excused for any absences requested with less than 2 weeks notice. Every student is allowed 2 absences per semester.
You will need the date, which classes or ensembles your child will miss, and a reason.
